Paul McCarter has been appointed General Manager of ERA Technology. Many will know Paul from his previous roles at ERA, when he was the Marketing Director and subsequently the Head of ERA's Electronic Systems business. Paul joined the Cobham Avionics and Surveillance leadership team earlier this year and brings a wealth of experience in technology and strategy to his new role at ERA. Paul has an MBA from London Business School and a BEng from Cranfield University.
