10th July 2014 10:50

Event details

12-13 NOVEMBER 2014

Boost your business by selecting one of the excellent sponsorship and exhibition packages ERA has to offer.

Attracting around 80 delegates each year from a wide range of professions in the compliance, design, quality assurance, production and distribution sectors; the conference unites manufacturers, importers and distributors of consumer, aerospace and industrial, electrical, electronic and engineering products and components. Sponsorship of and exhibiting at the event generates a unique opportunity for introducing a company’s strengths to some of the key global organisations involved in both creating and adhering to current legislation.

The venue for ERA’s conference, the highly accessible Hilton London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4), boasts a bright and airy, modern conference centre. Overlooking the hotel’s lake and lakeside terrace, the exhibition space borders the conference suite and offers the perfect venue to mingle with prospective clients in a relaxed and friendly setting. The conference space can only be accessed via the exhibition area. The Exhibition Package caters for one stand manager and offers an additional complimentary conference place for a colleague, enabling your company to profit from maximum publicity, while ensuring your own organisation is up-to-date with legislative developments. In the evening, the space transforms into the perfect venue for a sponsored drinks reception, a place to gather with associates and network over a refreshing beverage before sitting down to a relaxed three course dinner in one of the hotel’s private dining spaces.

ERA is delighted to introduce a new table-top exhibition that is not only cost-effective, but gives greater ease-of-access for set-up, allowing closer proximity to the delegates during refreshment and lunch breaks. Coupled with competitive rates, which include an Early Booking Rate, the exhibition represents an ideal method to push your organisation to the forefront of the conference.
