edif Group acquires NDE Global Technical Services GmbH

The edif Group (“edif”), parent company and owner of ERA Technology Ltd, is pleased to announce the acquisition of NDE Global Technical Services GmbH (“NDE”), a leading global provider of Vendor Inspection and Quality Assurance services to the Oil & Gas and Industrial markets.
This follows edif’s acquisition of ERA Technology earlier this year, significantly increasing edif’s technical and global footprint in the Industrial Testing, Inspection, Certification and Consultancy (TICC) sector. ERA Technology will benefit from NDE joining edif by gaining access to its network of international offices and through sharing customer contacts and opportunities as applicable.
NDE offers a range of services that include vendor inspection, expediting, project management, mill pipe surveillance, project staffing and outsourced quality assurance. NDE’s range of services supports customers in ensuring that its major capital projects are completed to specification and in a timely manner through independently monitoring supplier performance.
NDE’s network of qualified field inspectors monitor the performance and output of suppliers to ensure that key equipment and materials are produced to the required specification and standards. NDE works with customers during the procurement, construction, maintenance and modification phases of large industrial projects such as Oil & Gas installations, power generation facilities and process plants.
NDE has an international network of offices across Europe (Germany, Italy), Asia Pacific (Singapore, China, and Australia) and the USA. With over 50 full time staff and a comprehensive network of field inspectors, NDE is able to support customers on a global basis.
